Alternative Cutting Tool Kits
In our continual effort to provide innovative and practical solutions to our
customer’s safety problems, LHR Services and Equipment, Inc. has designed the Alternative Cutting
Tool Kits. These kits are designed to
alleviate the problem of a worker using a dangerous fixed blade knife for all cutting applications just because it is in their pocket.
Instead, the Alternative Cutting Tool Kits provide the worker with the proper cutting tools they need when and where they need them - making
for a safer working environment.
The Alternative Cutting Tool Kits come in two versions - the LHR-1551 Hard case version and the
LHR-1552 Hip Kit version. The kits include the following:

- PVC Cutter
- Wire/Cable Cutter
- 3-7/8” Handi-Cut
- Self-Retracting Utility Knife w/ Rounded Blade
- Self-Retracting Utility Knife w/ Hooked Blade
- Flathead Screwdriver
- Phillips Screwdriver
- Replacement Blade case
- Replacement Blades
LHR-1552 Hip Cutting Tool Kit
- 2-1/2” Handi-Cut
- Self-Retracting Utility Knife (specify blade type)
- Hip Sheath w/ Stainless clip
As you can see, these kits offer a wide variety of cutting tools to meet almost any application and can
be used in any industry where having the correct cutting tool in a necessity. Using a fixed blade or lock blade knife for all
of these applications is unsafe! These kits provide the worker with the correct tool for job in convenient carrying cases.
